👋 Hi, I'm Kelly Carr,

I'm a mom, wife, hospitality consultant, FAU alumni, yogi, and electric bike enthusiast. My husband and I also own and operate Naples Electric Bikes, an electric bike rental company in Naples, FL.

Prior to venturing into Entrepreneurship, I spent 13 years with Exclusive Resorts, the leading luxury destination club, as the Regional Director of Operations for the Caribbean. During my tenure, I was responsible for operations and asset preservation of the Caribbean portfolio representing 10 unique islands and approximately $100 million in club assets. I have extensive experience in auditing and evaluating luxury private residences and Hotel/Resort accommodations ensuring they meet the most discerning expectations. In addition, I was responsible for training the personnel delivering the services to ensure consistency and unparalleled service experiences.

I have partnered with and executed training for team members associated with the most extraordinary hospitality brands and Villa rental companies including The Ritz-Carlton (Grand Cayman), Rosewood Hotel & Resorts (Nassau & Virgin Gorda), The Four Seasons (Anguilla), The Palms (Turks & Caicos), WIMCO (St. Barth’s), Paradise Beach (Nevis), The Abaco Club (Abaco).
