A consultant is simply a professional in an area of specialization who can provide expert opinions, analysis, and recommendations to organizations or individuals, based on their own expertise. I would essentially be serving as an objective troubleshooter, and providing strategies and specific industry training to prevent problems and improve performance. I would start by doing a needs analysis to understand the scope of the project in order to provide a quote that meets your objectives.

I combine many techniques in my process to ensure a well-rounded delivery of skills training, industry standards, motivation and inspiration, team building, problem resolution, and tools to implement and encourage continued engagement.

The price of each project will vary based on your needs, budget, scope of project, number of participants/departments/properties involved, etc. I will provide a quote/proposal once needs analysis is complete.

I live in Naples, FL but will gladly consider and execute proposals for jobs that require travel which would include travel expenses in the cost. I have extensive experience throughout the Caribbean, and am always looking for a good reason to travel back!
